The rooftop restaurant had an very nice view, but the room felt a bit small.

The standard queen room we stayed in was unique with surprisingly large bathroom with a large shower.

Unique and huge room and luxury bathroom with a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets. Had convenient and ideal location in the centre of town, just walking distance from Historic Museum of San Miguel de Allende. And near main square and the cathedral and the center of town.

The room felt rather small for the price!!! The service quality at the rooftop restaurant didn't meet my expectations!!! A wider menu selection for meals would help enhance the dining experience!!!

A charming retreat in San Miguel

The cute staff and beautifully renovated interiors. Our spacious room had a cozy balcony with a fine view of the city rooftops, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise. Breakfast each morning was a good affair. Ernesto's service was attentive, and the chilaquiles were the best we've ever tasted! We also loved the rooftop restaurant's atmosphere and the amazing sunset views while dining.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The rooftop bar has fine views and the restaurant serves delicious food. Don't miss the full breakfast-it was one of the best I've ever had. We also loved visiting a local art gallery and taking a stroll in the botanical garden nearby.

Had a wonderful stay in a deluxe room with a cozy vibe, and I loved the delicious breakfast and the enchanted rooftop pool. Don’t miss out on the full body massage and the relaxing sun terrace during your stay! The only thing that could improve is that the coffee options at breakfast could be more varied, but overall, a great experience! 😊

It's worth noting that the hotel decor is fine, which helps compensate for some of the drawbacks.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, just steps away from the vibrant el jardin and a few minutes stroll to the beautiful allende garden. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
